In Person Adoption Events

By attending or participating in any live adoption event organized by Traveling Tails Dog Rescue (TTDR) or its associates, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. TTDR, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness) that may occur as a result of your attendance or participation.

Animals at our events may behave unpredictably, and while TTDR takes reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the safety, health, or behavior of any animal present. By attending, you assume all risks associated with interacting with animals and participating in event activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless TTDR and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in our events.

Your attendance at TTDR events signifies your acceptance of this disclaimer.
